Hailing from India, Ronald grew up in a family deeply rooted in the teaching profession. With a mother and sisters who are educators, Ronald's passion for teaching was cultivated from an early age. Before pursuing his calling in education, Ronald earned a degree in Science with a major in Chemistry. His professional path led him through the pharmaceutical and hospitality industries, where he honed valuable skills and gained international exposure. However, Ronald's true passion for guiding young minds ultimately led him to transition into the field of education. Equipped with a strong academic background and a deep-seated commitment to the Montessori method, Ronald completed his training as an AMI Elementary Guide at MTRT in Hyderabad, India.

Beyond the classroom, Ronald is a true renaissance man. An avid traveler, music enthusiast, and voracious reader, he brings a wealth of experiences and perspectives to his teaching. Ronald's love for animals and passion for sports further enrich his interactions with students of all ages.
